SO SICK!!
37 weeks and holy crap, I have the cold from hell. I caught it from my DS and I am literally dying :/ im trying to avoid labor at this point so I don't have to endure it with this cold.
So far I am taking saline spray and tylenol. Any other tips? Any good teas?

I was suffering with it the past week as well-I was using Tylenol, the neti pot (gross but helped clear out congestion), saline spray, and cough drops when absolutely necessary. Decaf Tea with honey also helped. I also was sleeping really propped up. Feel better! It took me about a week to start to feel normal again.

Something must be going around. I have a cold and sire throat and I am most likely taking DS to the doctor today since he was up in the middle of the night with a bad cough. It just sucks we really can't take anything for it!! Feel better soon

Omg all of LI is infectious right now. I have never seen anything like it and with the flu shot not being effective, people are dropping like flies. It sucks!!! Luckily I am feeling a little better this morning so I think the cold is turning over. I did the Neti pot and it was great. I think having the dry pregnancy sinuses is not helping getting rid of the cold so the saline was so refreshing.

I had it bad the week before Christmas. I took tylenol for the fever and aches and pains. I also stayed propped up and near the humidifier. My sinuses was so bad that the only relief from the pounding in my head was cold packs and hot showers.
