What age for a neurologist?
At what she did you first take your child to a neurologist? Who do you recommend?

Everybody goes for different reasons. Some may go at birth.
My boys started as early as 3 months because of torticollis & one of them needing a helmet for misshapped head.

Yes. Like PP said. Depends on the child. Some kids go at birth. I just took my 3 year old for the first time because he shakes when he gets angry and they wanted to rule out seizures.

Hi, just took my son at almost 4 yrs old. We wanted to get a base line as it was suspected that he has ADHD and the neurologist confirmed this. We saw Dr. Bergtraum who is excellent and would definitely recommend her, BUT she does not accept insurance and the first appointment is $500. Feel free to FM me with any questions!

I took DH the first time when he was 18 months because he had a febrile seizure that lasted WAY longer then it should have. Fortunately, they found nothing. Then I brought him to a different one last year at 7 where get go thus ADD Inattentive diagnosis.
