When you have your hair colored, do they usually dry your hair before you leave?

I have to book a blow out on top of color. If I book a haircut it's included.

At the salon, you only got a blowout if you were paying for a haircut on top of the color (haircuts include blow outs, color alone does not)
When I use in home stylists, they always seem to include the blowout with the color.

I usually get asked if I want it dryed so I do book it.
also a tip, let your hair get dirty, dont wash your hair before getting it colored

No, only if I get a cut after then I get it blow dried. But my salon has a dryer station in the color section so you can dry your own hair with their blow dryer and brushes if you want.
