Healthy Crock Pot Freezer Meals
Does anyone do freezer meals?
Any specifically for the crock pot?
We're looking to do this, but are finding the process to be overwhelming. 
We imagine ourselves chopping for days...band-aids on all fingers....the mess of all messes in the kitchen.
The easy ones that I see are great, but don't seem to be all-in-one meals.
I REALLY miss Dream Dinners. Geez do I miss them!

Healthy Crock Pot Freezer Meals
Pampered Chef has a party they do now where you make 10 freezer meals. I think they offer different recipes...I went to one that was for crock pots. It was pretty labor intensive, but only a few hours work. I can send you the grocery list & recipes if you want? Otherwise I'm sure you could contact a local sales rep and sign up for one of their parties.

I have only just recently heard about PC doing these (here I always thought they only just sold utensils & such). Do they have healthy ones? Using minimally processed/no cream soups, etc?

We have a paleo menu, dairy free menu, gluten free menu (those seem to be the healthiest) and also one that tells you the weight watchers points. Feel free to FM me!

It really wasn't as bad as I thought it would be!

Also keep in mind that you can tweak the ingredients. I was at a PC party and two meals called for pork. We don't eat pork, so I subbed it with bone-in chicken and brisket. I used organic chicken cutlets, veggies, etc.
