WDYT? Would you change/add anything, how about the serving size for each?
FOOD:
1/2 tray broccoli rabe and sausage
Full tray baked ziti
1/2 tray chicken franchaise
1/2 tray veal marsala
1/2 tray eggplant parm
4 foot Italian hero
Cold shrimp cocktail
Cold antipasto
Breads
Salad

I would make one of your other 1/2 trays a full tray just in case, like the chicken or sausage and peppers. I think it all sounds good.
