Tomorrow is my anatomy scan!

Even before we got pregnant with #3, I had declared we would be team . We found out with both of my previous children at the sono what their gender was. But now that the day is (almost) upon us, my resolve is slipping and I want to know! But I want to wait!!
For all the BTDT moms who decided to hold off, are you happy you made that decision? Was the surprise in the delivery room worth the wait?? I know I am going to be spending the next 20 long weeks going crazy wondering who this little person is! Help me stay strong!!!

Depending maybe what the other two kids genders are, I'd stick with Team green if you could!! You got the experience twice of knowing - what a cool thing to find out in the delivery room! I say it's worth the 20 week "what is it?" thoughts to try this way for a little change.

Since this is my first, we found out, but I think it's cool to then also get the fun of not knowing!

Good luck! I don't have any advice as I found out both times, but if we went for a third, i would be team green!

It was such a tough choice for me...This is my first and we were originally going to be team green, I was gung ho from the get go but then I decided I wanted to know. I think for me pregnancy and planning is more enjoyable being able to think about and bond with my baby as a he or she rather than an it. It just made it more real for me. I hear waiting is a wonderful surprise though! But at the same time we were still so thrilled when we opened the envelop and saw "its a boy!" I'll never forget that moment. I kind of rationalized it this way: if I find out I will have months of gratification knowing if I don't, I'll have a few minutes of instant but intense gratification... I don't even know if that makes sense lol but it's what changed my mind. It's such a tough choice!! Being this is your third maybe I'd try team green. I think once you get past 20 weeks it gets easier to wait.

team green for all three pregnancies and I love it every time!
With this 3rd I was slightly tempted early on so that I can wash and gather either my daughter's clothes or my sons. I decided, the surprise will outweigh everything. I have a june baby due, so I can just have the baby living in a diaper and onesie for the first few weeks.
stay team green. it really is the best feeling in the world when that baby is pushed out and everyone screams out what the sex is!

this is one of the few surprises in life that is truly a surprise!

I was team green with my first and it was amazing to hear "it's a girl" even though I thought it was a boy(had a hunch). I'm team green this time, but DH wants to know what we are having. I like the element of surprise, but at the same time I wonder do I wash all of my DD stuff just in case?!

Found out for my first but soooo looking forward to being team green this time It was fun knowing the first time around but I am really looking forward to the biggest reveal ever and have been enjoying the excitement of guessing games along the way. I'm hoping it helps with the pushing too

Team green for first pregnancy and now again. I will never forget being in labor and in so much pain but being so ridiculously excited to know that in a little while we would get to meet our baby and find out what he/she is. The "its a boy" moment is one I will never ever forget and can't wait to experience it again.

I found out the first time and we were team the second time around. It really was the most amazing thing finding out at delivery and totally worth the wait. If I ever had a third I would not find out!!! Best surprise ever!

Thanks everyone! I stayed strong! Everything with the little peanut is perfect and his/her gender is still a mystery!
