Dr. T immune results are in...
I have mild elevated natural killer cell activity cells and a partial match between me and my husband for the DQ Alpha protein which means I have a mild hyperactivated immune system which is increased for failed implantation or miscarriage.
He is suggesting that I do an Intralipid IV along with prednisone for next cycle. 3 people I know that did this became pregnant.
I know this is not a guarantee but it gives me some renewed hope!!!!!! love Dr.T!!!!

I'm happy you you got some answers. Hope that is the trick. I think that's what babydreams21 did and it worked.

After 2 other doctors and several cycles elsewhere, Dr. T. Did this protocol with me and have 22 month old b/g twins. Good luck!

I'm meeting with him next week- post hysteroscopy checkup and I will ask him. thing is I am now 41.. two and a half years of this. I don't know if I want to waste any more time trying on my own with my issue. (only have one ovary, HIgh FSH, low AMH etc) He had suggested I do 2-3 cycles and freeze the eggs- like stockpile them since I only produce 2-3 eggs even with a high does of meds. he wants minimal to no meds, produce better quality eggs even if 2-3. do the cycles and then use the ones that grow to blastocyst. Makes sense...

Ummm am I one of those people? YUP! Partial match between DH and I. This was IVF 3 (first with Dr. T) and my only successful one. I was on Prednisone and Intralipids. I truly believe those 2 medications are what contributed to my DS. I hope those 2 meds are what you need. I have faith in him and his protocols. Any questions just ask.

I'm happy you have answers. Prednisone worked for me and I tell a lot of the ladies on here who have had multiple failed cycles to inquire about it since it prevents the embryo after transfer from being attacked.

This is EXACTLY what he wants me to do moving forward.
did you have insurance or was this OOP? If you had insurance, was the intralipids IV covered under insurance?

I've been on prednisone for a few of my cycles. For me, it didn't help but maybe in addition with this intralipid IV it could make the difference.

It is a mixed opinion, he is very nice and seems kind but I did not care for the way he handled my situation. For many on this board this will be the opposite to their opinion and experience so I am not going to state it in an open post.
