Monitoring/immune panel results --Updated with another question
UPDATED ?- has anyone had 30 (or is it 30%)? Is that just high or VERY high?
So, I had very high NK cells (30 and 15 is considered elevated). Also some gamma something or other. So, it could be from the endo. I need prednazone and interlipids. Oh, joy!
And Dr. B is no longer on Aetna b/c they are jerks and dropped him. (it's a whole thing) Luckily, I have out of network coverage so I can stay with him for treatments.
Has anyone gotten pregnant the first month with NK and this protocol?

I don't have the same exact issue, but I had my first round of intralipids a week or so ago, and it really wasn't bad at all. Good luck!

ive got nk's too and pcos...on m etformin for the pcos and will do lipids once we start iui/ivf

They said they come to your house and you sit there for 2 hours. Does the nurse stay there?

dr B called yesterday to tell me that my NK cells are at 30. I was put on prednisone 20 mg, did intralipids ( 2 times) and will have to do IVig. hoping for this pregnancy to make it!

no experience just wanted to send the aetna thing happened to us too and i got so upset but then realized we have another insurance that lucky for us has good coverage as well. i've taken prendisone on and off all my life for asthma and it's really not bad. even though dr. b found things going on in your panel, the good thing is....he can treat them!!

i had elevated NK for a while also although i dont know what the numbers were. i did intralipids with two of my medicated TI cycles and ultimately with my IVF cycle. it worked because after the BFP when i repeated the immune panel everything came back normal. i had to do intralipids every 4 weeks until 12w and now i dont have to do them anymore. good luck!!
