21 day fix weights
I go to the gym fairly regularly and I'm starting the 21 day fix challenge on Monday. What size weights should I buy? 5lbs and 8lbs?

Re: 21 day fix weights
Since you are already active and working out, I'd say that those weights sound right. Do you use weights at the gym? Are those the weights you're accustomed to?

Those are my basic weights. I'll sometimes drop to a lighter weight for tons of reps or if we do punches. And I'll go up to 10-12lbs occasionally too. 5-8lbs is my middle ground.

Re: 21 day fix weights
I used 5 & 8's when I did the 21 day fix and had good results.

Re: 21 day fix weights
I use 5 and 8 out, could definitely go up to 10 for some (but not all exercises)
