Day/Night Confusion..how to fix it?

Little miss Ella has decided that sleeping & Eating all day and not letting mommy & daddy sleep at night is fun!

I THINK NOT.

How do I get her on a "normal" day-night thing?

My dd was like this at first.. I cant give you advise to fix b/c i just road it out and within a week she started to get it... I think best would be if sleeping during day dont make the room too dark.. that may help turn her clock.

Seriously, i always turned my girls upside down-old wives taleChat Icon

Keep her in the room with you wherever you are during the day, talk to her, undress her and at night, dont' make eye contact, whisper, keep room dark at all times-nighttime make it all business.

She'll come around hang in there shanaChat Icon Chat Icon

my dr said to not let them sleep for longer then 2.5-3 hours during the day and to wake her to feed her... eventually she got it turned around- also, as PP's said- keep the room bright and noisy during the day, and dark and quiet at night...

this is your 3rd baby, you should know the answer by nowChat Icon

basically not much you can do except make sure that you distinguish day/night as much as possible, tv, lights, noise during day, no lights, quiet, blah blah at night...

I've heard sunlight is good for regulating internal clocks so if you can get her out for walks, that would help... and post pics!! did you post them and I missed it?? congrats again!
