Filing for Star
I've never done this before. Is it too late to file for Star in the Town of North Hempstead? With my luck, I probably missed the deadline. I went to the town's website & will print the application once I get home from work. It's the 2015-2016 BASIC STAR Property Tax Exemption Application, right?

Filing for Star
Since you missed this year (this form is due 1/2/15 - already pasted), you have to submit by 1/2/16 and i believe it will go into effect 1/2/17.
We had the same thing in our CO-OP happen. When we got our house, we just made the cutoff however, the house already had star. Last year, the clock reset on all star so everybody had to reapply.
Does your house already have Star applied?
