Window Treatments
We have this large, stained glass window in the front of out house that needs attention desperately! I am not the best decorator to begin with (have a very tough time making decisions) so could use some guidance.
Who have you used for window treatments? I really just need one and it will probably have to be custom given the window's size. Thanks!

Re: Window Treatments
Empire Carpets and Blinds
They have Hunter Douglas and can come, measure, and show you a bunch of options and you can see them in person, in your home.
They have great salespeople who I felt really helped design-wise. My mother bought plantation shutters through them and another time for other windows she did gorgeous roman shades.
All through Empire - and they can give you the cost for JUST the product, without install, or they can install it. The installer was GREAT.
I then used them for pleated shades.
I recommend, if you can, requesting the saleslady we used each time -- Gigi. They'll know her when you call! She is GREAT. If she's still with them, she was just wonderful.
They were running deals at the time and the price was great. I compared it to a local company and then also Budget Blinds. Budget Blinds was the most expensive Good luck, Hope that helps!!
ETA - evidently they have store locations here and there now that are just opening!
