TTC & PMS
Being on the pill for many years helped control my PMS, aka the raging dragon witch within. Now that I have been off for a while and TTC, I really need to find something I can do/take to help control my nasty mood swings. She rears her ugly head a few days before AF, just one more sign that I won't be getting a BFP
Any one else dealing with this, or have suggestions on how to deal with it?

although it's not incredibly helpful advice, I found that yoga is really good with keeping me calm. My gym has free classes, and I try to go to yoga on monday and thursday nights- I find that I sleep alot better at night, I'm not as stressed out, and I don't lose my patience as easily when I go to the classes

i also agree with acupuncture and yoga!!! i find that when i have me time i become less stressed! i was on and off the pill for years and PMS literally brings out the devil in me. i find when i am relaxed and have me time, i am better able to manage my emotions. i also enjoy acupuncture a few times a month. i find that it is more me time and i am relaxed. i also like calming tea. anything that has a relaxing essence really does it for me!

I get PMS pretty badly, too. I haven't been on BC in years though- so I always just have to deal with it. I just try and remind myself that I'm not really feeling this way, it's just hormones. And I stay the hell away from people if at all possible. Still cry at the drop of a hat though.
