Flattering One Pieces
I went to Florida a couple weeks back and needed to buy a bathing suit to go in the pool with DD...went to a chain store down in Florida and just bought a cheaper option just so I could go in the pool....I felt it looked like my mom's bathing suit.
What are your one piece swim suits that you feel good in?

Flattering One Pieces
I actually got one at Target last year and its adorable! I love it. It wasn't super expensive and I use it when I need to be mom appropriate yet still trendy and age appropriate. Its a great fit and I get a ton of compliments on it.

I feel like a whale in a one piece - but I LOVE a tankini. I got this one last year at Marshalls. Its DKNY and has a removable strap - and there is NO gap between the top and the bottom. The top goes WELL over where the bottom comes up. I just feel like its a lot less clingy and more flattering than a one piece on my not-so-flat-and-tight mid section. Image Attachment(s):

I'm doing a tankini with skirted bottom, or tankini with boy shorts this year. I've seen some cute ones at JCP & Kohl's.

I swear by the store Everything But Water. Pretty much all the suits they carry there are super flattering. I have a big bust and a stomach I hate, so trying on bathing suits is torture. I love shopping there!

I swear by ordering from swimsuitsforall.com. I have gotten some amazing suits from them. I get complemented when I wear them and feel very attractive in their suits. I feel like I could be a copywriter for them, I love their swimwear that much. I cannot recommend them high enough.

I like La Blanca and Tommy Bahama and some by Ralph Lauren. I wear mostly one pieces...when I can find one long enough fo rme. I find them so much more flattering than tankini's on my body. I can't find a tankini that flatters me!!

i have the same problem with tankini's. Every year I try them on and HATE the way I look in them. they are awful for me.
Macy's has a ton of selections. I like the miracle suits. they are $$$ but last and I always find one the flatters my fat a$$ lol

I def recommend La Blanca. I got a La Blanca one at TJ Maxx for $30 last year. Strapless (comes with strap for swimming), black, onepiece, some rouching...so flattering! I'll probably buy it in another color this year full price if I can't find at TJ Maxx/Marshalls.

I love tommy bahama suits. The style I love is the straight across with a halter. Kind of like a 50's pinup. Let me see if I can find an example.

They do have great suits and you can always find a great price on them too. They are for average size women - I think they carry size 8 and up.
