Cramps on/off all day
I'm 30 weeks pregnant and I've been SO crampy all day today. Is this normal? I'm scared to call the doctor because I absolutely cannot leave work early.

It depends- it can be. I would drink a TON of water and try to get up and walk around a bit. If you're still crampy in a couple hours you may want to call.

Eh, real, actual cramps are not really normal. A cramp here or there, yes. Feeling stretching, yes. But actual cramps could be contractions. If you're hydrated and still having true cramps, you should call the dr.

are the cramps consistent and getting stronger? or is it just random? could be braxton hicks.

Take it from someone who delivered 4 weeks early. If you need to take off or leave early from work, DO IT! I am 100% certain that if I had taken a day off to relax, or honestly gone out on leave a week before, I would not have become quite so severely hypertensive.

Thanks everyone. There is no pattern or rhythm to them and they seem to have died down in the last hour or two.
I'll keep an eye on it tonight/tomorrow and see what's up.

I got this 2 weeks ago when I was getting a UTI. It felt like AF and just achey stabby pains with no rhyme or reasons. I only got the urge to pee every 4 seconds symptom after I was diagnosed.

Drink a lot of water and if they don't go away in a few hours or get worse, check with your dr.

I had cramping around 26-29 weeks. I called a bunch of times and they said make sure I am well hydrated and there's no blood. Could just be stretching.
