cramps and nausea the day before or day of O?
I've never known when I was going to O before, so I'm just wondering if anyone else has mild annoying cramps and nausea before they O?

I always cramp before I O and sometimes get the nausea but always the annoying cramps

Last month I had this fluttering cramping thing happen for the first time. I POAS and sure enough my opk was positive!
