My Feb baby came in March!
On March 5th, I gave birth to my beautiful son Mason Alexander. He was fashionably late weighing in at 9 lbs, 4 oz and 21 1/4 inches. I am so in love!
I was so anxious about being induced but it wasn't bad at all. I went in wednesday night and I was already 3 cm dilated. They started me on pitocin at 11pm, got an epidural at 1am, my water broke at 3 am, I pushed for about 15 minutes, and Mason was born at 7:05 am (that was the short and to the point version, haha). The last hour was hell though bc they stopped the epidural so I could push. I was screaming and begging for death.
LIJ was great! The nurses were all amazing as well as anyone else we encountered. I don't even feel like I'm in a hospital. DH ended up staying Wed night bc I was in labor and then again Thursday night bc the weather was so bad and we wanted to be together. He went home to sleep tonight and to be with our daughter. I can't wait to go home tomorrow!

Thank you everyone! I came home from the hospital today. Mason is so gorgeous and I love being a mommy of two now. My DD is such a great big sister and I couldn't be happier! Good luck to everyone up next
