Freaking out !
So , I'm feeling under the weather and I decided to take a tablespoon of this herbal remedy I used to use prior to pregnancy. I thought it was fine as all it had is elderberries, ginger, raw honey and apple cider vinegar. Later, when I look at the bottle again it says that each tablespoon contains 30 -35 % alcohol. I don't know how I missed this the first time. Tell me this isn't a huge deal.

Freaking out !
You're totally fine. Don't stress. I wouldn't worry the slightest. You're technically suppose to avoid raw honey, too. But even that I wouldn't worry about. A little bit, once, isn't going to have any effect.

I drank whole glasses of wine occasionally while pregnant. I wouldn't stress.

I have raw honey from time to time. My OB said the bacteria in raw honey isn't enough to pass through the placenta.
