Sunday- Greek style stuffed peppers, roasted asparagus
Mon.- salad, grilled chicken, goat cheese, cranberries, balsamic dressing
Tues.- out
Wed.- beef stew with mashed cauliflower
Thurs.- breaded flounder, spinach
Fri.- take out

Sunday: Cheeseburgers, sweet potato fries
Monday: Barbacoa quesadillas with caramelized onions and avocado cream
Tuesday: Chicken lazone over pasta, roasted broccoli
Wednesday: Leftovers
Thursday: Peppercorn pork tenderloin, scalloped potatoes, peas
Friday: Broccoli alfredo stuffed shells
Saturday: Out/leftovers

Sunday: dinner at the in laws
Monday: rice ball casserole
Tuesday: cheesy chicken and broccoli pasta bake
Wednesday: crock pot whole chicken with veggies
Thursday: dinner at my parents
Friday: fish and chips
Saturday: corned beef and cabbage. We live in town of Bayshore and always walk to the huge festival. Having friends over :)

Sun - take out indian
Mon - turkey burgers and baked sweet potato fries
Tues - blackened chicken with corn and beans
Weds - foil fish bake, brocolli, roasted potatoes
Thurs - veggie barley soup
Fri - bean veggie and cheese quesadillas
Sat - ST eggplant rollatini

Sunday: Chicken cutlet parmesan paninis and fries
Monday: Italian chicken and vegetables in foil
Tuesday: Having people over for Rangers vs. Islanders. I'm making chili dip, pretzel crusted chicken fingers and a crescent cheeseburger ring.
Wednesday: Oven Baked Muenster Chicken and mashed potatoes
Thursday: Ranch Chicken over salad
Friday: Spaghetti Squash Caprese Bake
Saturday: Not sure yet.

Mon: chicken rice stew
Tues: spinach lasagna roil ups and side of meatballs
Wed: stuffed cabbage
Thurs: unstuffed peppers, but using peas instead
Fri: chicken cutlets with salad and Brussels sprouts
Sat: out or dh cooks
Sun: saint Patrick's day party
