Good asparagus recipe
I'm hosting both Palm Sunday and Easter (not sure how I get myself into these things lol). I am making asparagus as a side and I was looking for a different way to make it other than roasted or grilled. Thanks!

Good asparagus recipe
I usually roast with some breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
My mom saute's them in a pan with some garlic and lemon zest.
When ever I need inspiration, I check skinnytaste. She actually posted an asparagus salad today.
On a different note, my grandma used to do an appetizer and desert party for Palm Sunday. I hope to take that tradition over next year.
We're the typical way too much to eat at a normal meal and over do every holiday Italians that we always said the best parts are appetizers and desserts. So we decided to cut out the main course and it stuck for a few years. It was easier to fit more people too since it wasn't a sit down meal.

Good asparagus recipe
my fav recipe is simple - Roast asparagus tossed with EVOO, breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese. So good.

Good asparagus recipe
For group dinners I usually do asparagus bundles tied in prosciutto and then roast them off sprinkled with EVOO and salt and pepper.
