Stabbing/pulling feeling
I'm about 5 weeks. I had an early term MC in January so I know I'm over analyzing everything. But, I just wanted to ask if others have felt this. I had a slight stabbing pain down in my Vajay this afternoon. No cramping. No bleeding. And all day I've had a "twinge" or "pulling" sensation on my right side where my ovary would be. I'm guessing this is just my body stretching or things happening in there. Has anyone had this?

It could be just about anything this early on. I don't recall having stretching feelings that early on, and the one time I had that stabbing vag pain was in my early mc, but I don't think it was related, as I've read that's very common in early pregnancy. If you've had no cramping and no bleeding/spotting, it sounds like it's all probably totally normal. Just remember to stay well hydrated!

Agree with Jess. Since you're so early it's just the common stretching. It's normal just annoying.

When I was in the early weeks of pregnancy I had a ton of pulling feelings.
I felt like I had done a ton of ab exercises when I hadn't.
It's the uterus stretching out.

I remember having the same sensation in early pregnancy. All has been healthy. Like others said, think it's normal I wouldn't worry especially if you aren't spotting too.

The pulling feeling in the ovary could definitely be round ligament pain. I had it from about 5/6 weeks with both pregnancies.
