Feeling funny at 7w
I'm just about 7 weeks. We saw the heartbeat in a soon at 6w3d last week. This morning I felt my usual sickness. Then mid-morning I started to feel "fine". Some slight cramps throughout the day. No spotting at all. I am not as tired and not as nauseous. Normal? Am I being paranoid?

Yes. Symptoms can come and go. Nerve wracking, sure. But normal.

Anytime I had symptoms I'd worry if baby was ok and if it was normal. Then when they suddenly stopped I'd be worried something was wrong because they went away. Lol

Same thing! Something big that happens with me (both pregnancies) is dry heaving when brushing my teeth, it happens 99% of the time, bad!!! But whenever that 1% happens and I don't dry heave, I worry cause I've always heard that when a miscarriage is happening all the pregnancy symptoms go away, but then I start to dry heave again next time I brush my teeth and that sort of gives me a piece of mind, lol!! So yes, pregnancy symptoms come and go all the time.
Btw, light cramping is totally normal, they're called Braxton hicks and u can feel them as early as during the 1st trimester, especially during 2nd pregnancy and on.

ITA. As long as you're not spotting or cramping, I would say its totally normal.

Symptoms come and go. You are VERY early still. As someone who had losses before her sticky BFP (and my little man, and spotting issues in the beginning), I know how hard it is not to go crazy over every little thing, but you have to try to relax and take it a little easier. If you've seen a HB, that's a HUGE step in the right direction. If you don't have spotting with cramping (because I always had minor cramping) or severe cramping without spotting, I would just assume all is fine. There were days where I'd wake up perfectly fine and be freaking out, and then 2 days later I'd be sick as a dog and be wishing I was back to the "fine" days.

You're very early. With my second pregnancy I had absolutely no signs until I started to feel the baby.
