Stomach virus or just upset stomach.26 weeks.
the past couple days I keep going to the bathroom frequently and today officially it's more like I have (ahem) diarrhea. I am calling my doc in the morning but is this a symptom of just pregnancy sometimes?
Or any tips on what to do if you have D while pregnant?
No nausea or vomiting....just stomach is really upset and sensitive.

Its totally possible that you're completely fine -- no stomach virus or anything. Bowel movements are weird during pregnancy -- some women are constipated throughout and some have diarrhea. Stay away from anything that has a laxative like effect (i.e. caffeine). If you should happen to become constipated, there are several meds you can take that are safe -- I have been taking 1 Colace pill everyday since about 16 weeks because I wasn't going for 2-3 days at a time (no fun!). It might help to wipe with flushable moist wipes rather than toilet paper which might become irritating. Good luck!

If no other symptoms, it's probably just something you ate or a pregnancy thing. You know if you have a stomach virus. Trust me! I spent several hours in L&D On Monday getting iv fluids for dehydration caused by a stomach virus. It was awful.

Ugh sorry to hear that. I had a little pain in my lower abdomen basically alerting me to "go run to the bathroom" but then felt fine after but today and yesterday was definitely that it got worse.
With a stomach virus may I ask if you had nausea or vomiting with it?

All of the above. Worst virus of my life. TMI but Nausea hit around 3:30am Monday morning, vomiting started at 7:30am and by 10am, I had already thrown up about 7 times. That's when I called my dr who sent me to the hospital for fluids. It finally ended around 11pm after I had thrown up over 15 times (lost count lol) and towards the end it was so bad that I had to throw up in a garbage bag while sitting on the toilet 
It was seriously brutal but thank god it barely lasted the day and more importantly, that DD has not gotten it yet.

What's going on with that virus??? DH and DS got it, I'm surprised I didn't, I probably wouldn't have cared as much if I wasn't pregnant, actually I prob would cause I hate, hate, hate vomiting!

I had bad diarrhea on and off the last month of my pregnancy. OB told me its your body preparing you for labor. Clearing out the system so they can come down the birth canal. Of course DD didn't come down the birth canal, but my body didn't know that.
