Leveling Yard
Is it common to end up with a lumpy yard after you get it leveled?

Yes....the ground had to settle afterwards for us. It took one winter for us and then the ground flattened out.
We had it done in May and the following spring, all was much better. DH had to buy some top soil to fill in some gaps that settled, but otherwise it looks flat and even now.
