Activity after transfer
Can you over-do it? I am 3dp3dt and I was doing laundry, cooking and cleaning today. I was lifting the basket up the stairs but it didn't dawn on me that it could be a problem.
Do you all think that if an embryo is going to implant then it just will regardless of your activity ?
Thanks in advance for all your wise advice!

Re: Activity after transfer
It really depends on the RE. My RE told me no heavy lifting(including my toddler which was impossible), and try to relax the first several days post transfer. Well of course I had to lift my DD who was 15 months at the time, and I went to work the following day. When lying down I did keep my legs elevated and watched a lot of comedy stand up comedy shows(laughing helps with implantation) on Netflix.
I haven't been to the gym since and I'm 26 weeks pregnant.
Good luck

I remember no heavy lifting but otherwise go about normal activity. I agree with PP it depends on RE. GL!

Activity after transfer
I'm in the 2ww and for the first two days I was on bed rest but I have a 19mo so I've limited my activity to only holding her - I really don't have another choice.
