Activity level after embryo transfer
Hi ladies, so I am two days into my 2ww... I was on modified bedrest the last two days. They told me to avoid exercise and strenuous activity. Now I'm back to normal activity but I'm worried that I'm messing something up. I did light housework this morning (wiped up my countertops, made the bed, put clothes away) and may cook and wash dishes later. This morning I got out of bed quickly ( like hopped out of bed) and then regretted that afterward! Not sure if im being a bit crazy. Does anyone have advice or experiences? Thanks :)

Re: Activity level after embryo transfer
I was told that getting up and doing things was fine. The nurse actually told me to not stay in bed and lounge around, that being said I did the opposite. I took a week off from work, I watch two kids, and I stayed off my feet. I did light stuff and took it easy. I also remember numerous times hopping out of bed and into bed and it was all good in the end. I think having a positive mindset is most important and don't stress!

Re: Activity level after embryo transfer
Thanks guys for the reassurance!! I'm just overly paranoid especially since my last cycle was BFN and don't want to do anything wrong. But I know I should relax and stop stressing :)
