Carpal tunnel in first trimester
Since the weekend I will get these aches in my hands and fingers at random times. I haven't done anything to make them ache so I'm assuming it is carpal tunnel. Did anyone have it in the first trimester?

Re: Carpal tunnel in first trimester
Mine started in the 3rd trimester but typically carpal tunnel is more of a numbness/tingling feeling in your hands/fingers. It's brought on during pregnancy due to swelling.

I had this too & the only thing that helped was seeing my chiropractor. She specializes in seeing pregnant women so I felt comfortable going to her. Helped my back aches too. Hope you feel better!

I've had the tingling and numbness too but more aches. Everything I've read mentions 3rd trimester but I'm almost to my second.
