Baptism outfit

My new nephew's baptism is next month and my DH will be godfather (wearing a suit). I bought an outfit a few months ago that I'm no longer into. A more casual outfit I bought (not for the baptism) came in the mail today and I really like that a whole lot better but I'm unsure if it's too casual.

Nude leather moto jacket, white tank (with one those ruffles that goes down kind of like a waterfall), super dark indigo jeggings, nude high heeled sandals.

Do I have to wear black pants and shoes (I'm not a dress/skirt person) instead? Is what I want to wear too casual? It's at a church and then family style Italian local restaurant.

I would go with the black pants instead of the jeggings.

I wouldn't wear jeans to church, especially if your DH is wearing a suit.

Thanks, I'm going forget it for the baptism and just wear it on our anniversary. I think I'm just going to look for a new christening outfit. The top I bought was this beautiful, vivid cobalt one from nordstrom but looks plain old royal blue in person. Not feeling it.
