NIPT Question
I'm under 35 but asked my OB if I could have NIPT testing anyway and she said it was fine and I could do it at my 12 week visit.
I also have paperwork for the Ultrascreen and instructions to call to make an appt.
Do I need both or is it one or the other?
Sorry if this is a dumb question! Thank you girls

NIPT Question
you still have to make an appointment, I would think.
Also, is this testing covered by your insurance?

Re: NIPT Question
Check with your insurance because if you're under 35 and low-risk, then chances are it won't be covered. My bill would have been $13k if I had to pay OOP. Not worth it IMO unless you have a need for it.
