Growing in Brows & Brow Bar Question

Ugh! I've been trying to grow in my brows after getting tweezer happy. It's been about 3 weeks and still looks so sparse. Granted, I have fair skin / hair but I thought it would be better by now.

Also, I've read great reviews about the Brow Bar in Westbury and Patchogue but has anyone been to ones in either Massapequa or Commack?

Honestly I would hold off on going anywhere for now. Maybe make an appointment at Sephora or somewhere similar for tips on filling them in while they are growing in and invest in a brow kit like this:

eta: I've been there and it stinks! Eventually mine did grow back, but I know someone who had to have her brows tattooed on because they never grew back I now wear a very full brow lol.
