Southside?
Have anyone previously or plan on delivering at Southside? I was all set with my OB and delivering at St. Charles and I just found out my OB is moving. I can stay with the practice with the other doctor but I've never even met him. I have an appt scheduled with him in 4 weeks but I've been so unhappy with the office staff and the NP all along I'm not so sure I'm going to stay. The only reason I did stay was because of the OB I typically see.
I've been looking at New OBs based on recommendations, etc and a lot of them deliver out of Southside. Tell me the good and the bad on Southside!

Southside?
I had DD there and am moving to Katz for this baby..It wasn't a bad experience but it wasn't great for me.

I delivered both my kids at Southside (in 2012 and 2014) I can not say enough good things about everyone there. The L&D nurses were fantastic and the maternity floor nurses were equally great. So friendly and helpful.
Everyday for breakfast and lunch they have a buffet set up in the hall - great selection for picky people too.

Okay so I toured Southside and now I'm looking for recommendations for an OB who delivers out of there. Any suggestions would be extremely helpful!

My ob is in west Islip.... There's 3 Drs in the office, vullo, Sampino and falkowski and they are all amazing!!! I know they used to deliver at south side and good Sam but I'm not sure if they do both. I delivered at good Sam and had a wonderful experience and I'll be delivering there within the next 2 weeks! I just love those Drs though!!
