Makeup demo for "five minute face"

Can anyone recommend a good store/counter where they'll demo a good "five minute face" for me? I'm hoping for quality make up that won't break the bank and someone who'll listen when I ask them to take it easy. Any suggestions?

I would try ulta or sephora, since they have so many different lines , they may be able to help you substitute cheaper items on certain things you don't need to spend as much on.
