what else to do with chicken cutlets
besides frying?
I took out the thin sliced chicken cutlets for dinner, we usually just bread them and fry them, but I wanted to try something different. Any suggestions?

salt pepper oregano garlic powder.. medium-high heat on a pan with cooking spray or a few drops of oil.

Sometimes I just put italian dressing on them as a quick marinade and then grill on the bbq or in a grill pan

That is all I eat LOL...I make rollatinis (skinny taste has a couple that are relish), fajitas, a chicken and stuffing dish (check emily bites for comfort chicken i think it is called), I cut them and make them into chicken nuggets and my new fav is the land o lake sautee express and it is so easy and relish!

grill, top with sautéed spinach, red peppers and mozz cheese and broil to melt. Very good. I got this recipe from this site

Yep! I melt a little butter then dip only one side of the cutlet in butter then breadcrumbs (so the top is still "naked") Then I spread a mixture of softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, garlic powder and crushed red pepper. Roll them up and bake.

I made this the other day (you could totally use cutlets instead of breasts sliced in half lengthwise). It was really good... Dh loved it!
