Can you BAKE breaded chicken cutlets? NEVER MIND: found answers in related posts! :)
Breaded chicken cutlets are very popular in our house because EVERYONE like them! I would love to healthify them though and have been thinking of possibly baking them.
Is that possible? Or do they not come out all that great?

I always bake my cutlets. I drizzle a little olive oil and bake them they taste great but they def cannot be eaten the next day IMO.

I bake mine on my Pampered Chef bar pan. They come out crispy taste better than frying IMO. I freeze some later and have never had a problem reheating.

This exactly. Plenty of olive oil on the bottom of the pan and flip them several times. Waaaay better tasting and healthier than frying!

I fry them just to cook the outsides and get the breading to stick, then I bake them the rest of the way through.
If I just bake them I find the breading falls off.

Try this way..... Soak chicken in milk for at least 30min. Coat with flour (I season with salt, pepper, chicken spices, paprika) Shake off excess floor.
Place them on a cookie sheet brushed with melted butter (only about 2tbsp).
Then bake.

i bake them all the time and DH always says how juicy they are. I just egg and bread them and then put the on a cookie sheet sprayed with pam. Then i pam the tops and in the over they go. i let them cook for 15 mins and then flip and spray again cook for 15 or intill they are done.

You guys are going to think I'm crazy, but I have grilled my breaded chicken cutlets. A friend of mine showed me how to do it and I haven't looked back!
Instead of using egg to help batter them, I use olive oil. I dredge them in EVOO and then dredge them in a mix of panko and regular breadcrumbs. I then put them on them grill just I would regularly grill then and they come out AMAZING! The breading stays on and they are so incredibly moist!
