When would you go for your "Day 21" Progesterone Test with this schedule?

When would you go for your "Day 21" Progesterone Test with this schedule?
Due to short luteal cycles and my age, my Dr. wants me to go for Day 21 testing to see how my progesterone levels are. She told me to get it done about a week before AF.
I got a smiley today on Day 18; however, my cycles have been an average of 25 days which would mean that I'd be going for my progesterone testing tomorrow since that's a week until AF. Would anything show up on the Progesterone Test if I'm only O'ing today or tomorrow?
I should note that I have been taking Vitamin B Complex though so maybe everything is longer including luteal phase?

Has anyone gone for this Day 21 test before? I haven't found my answer yet (and Dr. hasn't called me back) so I guess I'll just plan to go on Day 21 and see what happens.

Im waiting for AF to come early august to call and start scheduling day 3 test, HSG, etc.
However, my naturopathic dr wants my RE to do the day 21 test as well.
I do not have short cycles so Im of no help. I would probably plan to go on day 21 as planned.

Thanks. My Dr.got back to me and although it's called the 21 Day test, I was advised to go 7 DPO, regardless of what day that is in my cycle. So at least I have my answer now! Good luck with your testing.
