Steak
Is steak healthy for you or is it considered a fatty piece of red meat or does it depend on what type of steak it is?
I just recently started eating it (only ate chicken n fish for about 10 years) so Im not too familar with it or the different types.

I think that Flank steak is one of the best for you. It has a lower fat content.

I think loin is a healthy cut, like sirloin. it has less fat than rib eye for example.
