Wedge with a small heel height??
My boyfriend - cute as hell. Not crazy tall.
He's like 5'10'' - works for me.
BUT, I'm 5'7'' so any wedges or heels and I'm like either his height or an inch taller depending on the heel.
So, I'm looking for a small wedge - just a little cute wedge. NOTHING too high.
And believe it or not, they have been very hard to find.
I have been to: Macy's, Bloomy's, DSW, Aldo, and Call It Spring.
I have looked online - saw a Tory Burch but it was $300.
I just want something cute that I can wear out with him, not tower over him, but not be wearing FLIP FLOPS all the time either.
Suggestions??

And just as an aside, DH is the same height as me.
It used to bother him and me, actually when I was wore any kind of heel. He made me wear these horrible flats on my wedding day so as not to tower over him. (the dress covered my shoes so I didn't care so much)
But now, I just gave it up. I wear a 4 inch heel, I tower over him and I don't care. I own it.
I wear what I like, what I feel hot in.
He got over it too. He's fine with it now.
Nobody looks at us like we are odd or anything. You see a lot of women towering over the men these days.
Just a little food for thought....

Yes more of a sandal or flip flop type but just with that little heel dresses it up.
Black, preferably as I dress like an undertaker most of the time.

Im your ht so I understand, I found a great pair of shoes, love them and they dont make me tower over other. Two other ladies at work also ordered after seeing them them but they are not super $$, and this group likes $$$$$ items.

The wedge on these is 3.5 so I don't know if that is too much for you - but these are my absolute favorite - I have them in 4 colors they are SO comfortable.

Thanks so much for all the suggestions.
After trying on more wedges than I can count, I finally splurged for the one I really love -- rather than settle on one that didn't fit as well.
These are so cute and fit so well and are super comfortable...
The perfect heel height too.

thank you, I got them on sale with an additional $20 off two pairs, worth it. I hate shoes bc they never fit my very narrow feet, but these fit well. I always have blisters when I first wear shoes, after wearing these a few time nothing now!!
