Cheap tiles
Our kitchen is your typical 80s kitchen. We can't afford to do it right now but the floor is straight out of the 50s. We would love to put down tiles to hold us over so we don't want to spend a fortune. Where can we go our do you have any tips on updating without breaking the bank?

Re: Cheap tiles
http://www.habitatsuffolk.org/information/restore ReStore usually has floor tiles. You'll never know exactly what's there, but they are very cheap, and often in boxes enough to cover a modest kitchen.

Re: Cheap tiles
I found great tiles at Hom Depot and Lowes for $2.00 or less a sq. ft.

Re: Cheap tiles
Not sure if you like the look of the wood floor tiles. Home depot has a ton of choices to choose and they are cheap. Also Costco sometimes carries tiles which are usually inexpensive.

Re: Cheap tiles
Home Depot/Lowes usually have a decent selection of cheaper tiles. And don't discount smaller local stores. They always have a few on sale that they're trying to move.
