Restaurants for CHEESE

Please list any and all restaurants you know that are based around cheese. I really love cheese and I noticed a few cheese shops now have menus. I only know of:

-the melting pot in farmingdale
-c'est cheese in port jefferson
-american cheese in sayville

I am looking for something along these lines, more romantic if possible. TIA.

Love American cheese which you mentioned. Great small plates when the kitchen is open although I think that's just weekends. There's the cheese patch in patchogue village which is similar but I haven't tried their food.

Definitely check out tullulahs in Bayshore. They have great cheese plates and the smoked gouda mac and cheese is amazing! More of a date place than the others too.

MeltShop! It's casual. I go to the one in the city a lot but there's one in Roosevelt Field Mall I think.

Artisanal
Or The Cellar at Beechers
Or Marias Mont Blanc

You could also do a cheese class at Murrays cheese shop. They have a class room upstairs. They have great classes with wine pairings, sake pairings, etc.

While it's not a cheese restaurant, Fino in Bayside is a tapas place and they do have lots of different cheeses.
