150IU Follistim to how much Gonal?
Please Help! ****
This is a long shot by asking here but here it goes.
I thought I had enough Follistim to last me till Tuesdays delivery....but Surprise to me! I dont!
I needed 150 iu Folli and I barely had 25 IU. I had some Gonal F leftover. I had to mix the watered syringe in the powder of Gonal 75 iu.
My question is this. Does anyone know the equivalent of Follistim 150 iu to Gonal F?? Is it the same? Its Sunday nite of course and literally noone to call.

There isn't an emergency number to call? This seems like a question to ask a dr.

In case anyone is ever in this predicament; Follistim and/or Gonal is the same in terms of IU.
So if you were on 150 IU Follistim and ran out; and only had leftover Gonal; then you would take 150 IU of Gonal. (Or Vice Versa).
I, at least, was relieved to hear this.

I meant to reply to this today..sorry! but I thought they were the same drug. I was originally prescribed GOnal F, but my provider uses Follistim as the preferred brand. So my dr. had to give me a script for the Follistim. they told me they are basically the same and do the same.
Glad you were able to find this out!
