sono today- 5.5 weeks
What am I expected to see? I went on Fri and saw a sac, but I was wondering if it was possible to see a heartbeat this early? If anyone on here got a sono this early, what do you remember seeing?

Its definitely possible. I wouldnt worry if you dont see one just yet tho.

I didn't see a heartbeat at 6 weeks so while it's possible, I wouldn't be worried if I didn't see it. At 6 weeks it was still just a sac for me!

at 6w1d I was able to see the heartbeat, so it is possible
But do not worry if you cant; it is still early

I hope we see it! I have been a nervous wreck because my last two experiences were so negative. This is the only time I've actually seen a sac so that's a definite plus, but I just feel like I won't be able to relax until I see a heartbeat

no hb today but she said it was way too early- I go back next Mon so we will see. The sac and yolk sac were alot more visable though!

For my current pregnancy that's what we saw at around 5.5 weeks and the RE was very happy with that.
At 6w4d we saw and heard the heartbeat for the first time.
For DD#1 my RE didn't even do the first sono until almost 7 weeks and we were able to see everything and hear the heartbeat.
