Nesting
I'm so guilty of this. First time mom and first time home owner (been in the house for about 6 months) and within the last couple weeks I went crazy. My house didn't have much decor so I tackled each room to make it cozy, this weekend I did all the indoor christmas decor, finished christmas shopping and wrapped my gifts. I'm not hating this organized feeling haha. Anyone else feeling this way?

Ugh, I'm DYING! We close on our home on January 2nd and I know the DAY we move in, I'm going to be like a bat out of hell getting it ready. I want it ALL done before I get REALLY pregnant! lol!

With Hailey i was living in my moms basement and we were expecting to go back to Broad Channel after Sandy. So i never really got a chance to nest.
But i am now for sure.

Doing macro nesting (renovating parts of the house) and micro nesting (organizing drawers), but haven't touched the baby's room yet!

I don't know if this is nesting so early on but given we are possibly staying in our 1 bedroom apartment for a bit after LO comes, I've suddenly become really good at getting rid of clutter/clothes that I was attached to forever. DH is impressed but also can't keep up with the Goodwill bags. I just want it all gone! As it is, this kid is only getting a little nook in our living room as his nursery so I'm really trying to clear as much crap out as possible!

What will be the nursery is full of boxes that have been in there since we moved. Last summer. It needs to be painted and the door to the crawl space in there is definitely a death trap.
If you came into my house you would have absolutely no idea was having a baby until you saw how fat I am.
I'm 37 weeks.
