Gold Coast Dr. Palter

Hi! I'm new here. I went to see Dr. Palter at GC IVF after a few failures at another clinic and so far like him. My main concern about going there is hyperstimulation. My last clinic kept me on very low doses as I'm a high responder, but I never got a whole lot of embryos since most eggs were immature. Palter wants to jack up my doses, and I get the impression that he tends to be on the aggressive side.

Has anyone here used him, and if so did you overstimulate or come close to overstimulating?

I am a patient of Dr. Palter. I have full faith in him and his expertise. I am sure he has thoroughly reviewed your file from your previous RE and is changing the protocol accordingly. Maybe the higher doses will create more follicles. Each doctor has their own method. I have never personally overstimulated but I think it has to do also with how your own body responds to the meds.
