Bfp lines not getting darker?
Should I be concerned? I got my bfp yesterday on a faint but definitely visible test. I'm still early, AF isn't due til Wednesday. Because I'm a nervous person I've taken a bunch of tests throughout the day yesterday and then with fmu this morning. One or two of the tests were as dark as the first but otherwise they're lighter. All of them are bfps for sure, but very faint. Should I be concerned?

you can't really judge the darkness of the lines like that. Wait until later on tonight or tomorrow morning and compare that test to the original. I think it should be darker by then :)

Especially being so early you don't have much hcg and it could easily be diluted depending on the concentration of your urine. Also, the tests might not be exactly the same. I would stop testing and try to just enjoy!

I tested every morning for two weeks. It took about a week for the lines to really get dark. If you are testing during the day I wouldn't worry about darkness bc urine is too diluted then especially this early on. Try to use fmu only.

Step away from the tests. Give it a few days then test again, but even when I had a chemical my lines were dark and took some time to go away. Relax and hope and pray fir the best.

Stop testing. Said the person who tested every day for weeks. All depends on the concentration of urine, time of day, specific batch of tests.
Also, as the hcg gets really high there's a hook effect.

I only tested twice but the line never got darker. I have a 19 month old DS. Do t drive yourself crazy taking tests!

Stop testing! I think FMU is the most accurate, but I'd wait a day or two and get ClearBlue Easy Digital. My lines never got darker either, but CBE gave me a clear as day "Pregnant" 2 days after my very faint positive on FRER.

I am sorry, but I agree with the other posters. Over testing will just drive you nutty which isn't good for you or your baby.
As a PP already said, the darkness of the lines will change depending on how concentrated your urine is. If you tested multiple times yesterday your urine may not have been concentrated enough to give you a darker line.
