Feeling dippy.... I admit it
don't laugh at me!
My RE had me on BCP (10 days) and then Estrace. This morning I have my period. I called RE and left message bc I wasn't expecting my period.
Was I supposed to get it?
Gosh.... Five years away from all of this has really left me like a fresh newbie again.
I realize I have to ask my RE more questions. I'm just too clueless and the past cycles are too long ago for me to remember what happened.

I was dippy the entire time, dont worry. I think I asked the same question over and over at times

Yes. It is normal to get a period after coming off the BCP. It might be light and short.

Yes, if you are coming off the BCP to start IVF, they did tell me I will bleed, even heavy like a period. I do recall I did bleed for a few days, not a lot though. just enough to be annoying

Well thanks for the dippy question because I just started the pill on Monday and no one told me that I would get bleeding or my period. I would have been like what the he**?!?! So thanks for the info!
