Nutra Ninja
I just bought a Nutri Ninja Pro 900 Watt I am trying to get healthy and I have heard and read some wonderful things about how it has helped so many people change their eating habits.
I wanted some tips from people who have used these blenders. How did you start out? What are the basic ingredients I should buy to get started? What should I change first, breakfast, lunch, snacks? I just need a little guidance. I am currently not a vegetable eater so it is going to be a big transition. Thanks for your advice.

I have the Ninja IQ and we use it for smoothies/juices Do you like Gazpacho? I use it to make that for lunch and for breakfast I make smoothies BUT you have to be careful about over doing it on the fruit, even though it is natural sugar it's still sugar. My go to is a big handful of spinach and or kale, half a banana and peanut butter powder I get at target. You can alternate and do strawberries instead of banana and traders has organic frozen fruit we get, esp this time of year when fruit is limited. Flor liquid you can do water, coconut water or almond milk depending on what you like. The smoothies keep me full till lunch but always add a mid morning snack like a handful of nuts, slice of turkey things like that. Pinterest has great smoothie recipes too

I just got the ninja iq and I too am looking for recipes. A lot of things I find ask for almond milk. Can that be substituted for water in mostly everything?

Yes, it's more for taste, you can also use coconut water
