Foods in MFP?
Tonight I baked boneless skinless chicken breast I ate 4.7 oz. I went to put it in my diary and there are soooooooo many options for this and all different calories !!
I just went with one of the higher calorie options so I don't go over - but wtf?

yes, i always just over estimate not to fool myself lol... but i find with so many things the numbers are wrong (dont match up with the information on the container) or there are 12 varying different ones and i have no idea what to go with!

Re: Foods in MFP?
That happens all the time and it's so annoying. I try to go with the ones with the green checks next to them. I think it means its verified by MFP and not put in by some random person. So if I'm doing chicken breasts, I'll use a name brand like purdue with a green check. I feel like that's the best way to guesstimate the calories.

Re: Foods in MFP?
I usually just for the higher calories. I try to do it myself but it's such a pain because I use so many ingredients, so sometimes you will see it broken out in my MFP diary. If I use a packaged meat and it has the calories I will use that or quick add the calories. Before I used to create the recipes but that is a pain as well.

there is a lot without green checks, not everything i type has one.
=( feeling so down.
i seriously feel like all i can eat is salad and an apple and i just cant trust every mfp entry without verifying other ways.
