BRU furniture turnaround time?
I'm interested in a furniture set I saw on BRU, and was wondering if anyone on here could give me some insight how long they take for their furniture deliveries.. Not sure if the brand has any impact on delivery time, but the brand is Baby Cache.

It totally depends on whether the furniture is in stock or not. It could take 1 day or 16+ weeks. You'll have to ask the store about the specific pieces.

on the website for the furniture collection I want, it says "eligible for in store pickup in 5-10 days"... I just wasn't sure if that was actually accurate? lol

I did Baby Cache from BRU for both of my girls and the turnaround time for delivery was really quick (less than 3 weeks).

BRU furniture turnaround time?
not, BRU, but for BBB, we were told 10-14 weeks for our furniture and it is in the warehouse in 3 weeks! Needless to say, we are not prepared to take delivery yet, so I have to get them to hold onto it for a bit.....

So I just called BRU and they said there is no way of knowing how quick it could be. The website says 5-10 days, but they said that is depending on whether or not it is in the warehouse. They said if not in the warehouse, it could take up to 15 weeks. That is such a huge difference!
I am not ready to take a set home yet, but I also don't want to wait too long and be stuck without furniture. Do the stores hold onto the furniture for you if you're not ready for it?

do you like your set? I'm looking at the "harbor" collection. I love that it has a storage drawer on the bottom. Is it a good quality set?

Love both sets. They have both held up so well.
With #1, we bought the bed conversion kit and my daughter is still using it (she's 5). The furniture has also held up really well. No scratches, dings, etc.
We plan on using #2's set for #3. Again, held up really well with no scratches, etc.
No issues with the quality at all.

BRU furniture turnaround time?
My in-laws ordered all our furniture and it cane the next day. The glider we ordered was a custom color I guess so we've been waiting on that for about a month and still have 2 more till its here.

BRU furniture turnaround time?
So my sister is still waiting for pieces to her baby cache set, the vienna model. This has been since this past June.
For our furniture, we got the crib and dresser right away. 4 pieces had to be special ordered and we just got a call today from BRU that our bookcase is in but the other 3 pieces are MIA. Ours was ordered in October.

Oh and once your furniture is in, they only give you 7 days to pick it up.

The original email says that you have to get the furniture within 14 days of its arrival, but I've spoken to them twice and despite that, they said that they will in hold onto it until I call to take delivery-- they WANT you take delivery when it arrives (basically because they cant guarantee it wont get dinged, or they wont have a flood in the warehouse etc.) but they don't send it back since it's already been paid for.....so, we are leaving it there for now until we get the painting done, the carpet cleaning done etc.

We ordered the baby cache Vienna set in October and we had everything except the night stand by early November. We got the night stand around Christmas time. Now we are only waiting for the conversion kits

They'll hold it for you if you're not ready for it yet.
