Best real estate website/app
So once again do and I have decided to seriously start looking for houses this year. We do this every few years and something always comes up to change things (I hate you sandy!!) lol.
In your opinion what is the best real estate website or app to check listings. There is nothing out there right now in my area and in my price range but I like to check all the time. I currently check zillow but have heard it's not that accurate. I also check the local realtor's websites as its a pretty small community and there are only a handful of realtors around here

Agreed. I like Zillow for price history and # of days on the market, but MLS is the best.

MLSLI for the most current listings. When looking it helped us only look at active listings and we were able to sort out districts we didn't want, as well as we didn't want a short sale or foreclosure so it helped in that regard as well! I loved the app and website

Best real estate website/app
When we searched I only used MLS. DH was using Zillow. The house we ultimately bought was NOT on MLS we found it through Zillow.

Listingbook! But I think you need an agent to set up an account for you.

Re: Best real estate website/app
Listingbook has changed and is not that user friendly. A lot of my clients like Redfin. MLSLI is good because it feeds directly from the MLS (unlike Zillow which is a third party site... listing agents can't really control the info on there).
