Re: dailyburn.com

I actually just signed up for the 30 day free trial and did my first workout this morning.

When you first sign up, you choose for three levels. I chose the hardest, only because I already workout a lot and want the workouts to be challenging.

You also get to choose what kind of 'trainer' you want - Friend or Drill Sargent. I chose 'friend', because I figured it would be Bob and I love him.

So, each day you get a new workout. Today's workout was three rounds of three exercises:

Burpees - 2 min
Dips - 2 mins
Sit ups - 2 mins.

That consists of one round. You do as many of each exercise as you can in 2 mins. No breaks. I really tried to push myself. I was definitely out of breath and sweating. I friggin can't stand burpees.

I'm not sure if I'd pay $12.95 a month, but I'll see how the rest of the month's workouts go.

Re: dailyburn.com

Know what I'm really loving a LOT?

The Cody app.

there's more of a yoga focus to the strength training, but I like actually paying a little more and purchasing a full program I'll use than paying monthly and scrolling around looking for something that interests me. They have tons of different level classes and keep adding more, and have discounts a lot of the time.
